Our namesake beer is a German-style Pilsner with a bright golden color, subtle fruity notes from traditional German yeast, and a crisp finish. 5.5% ABV / 35 IBUs

HONEY GINGER BLONDE ALE…Pint 8
A local fav, this refreshing drinker is brewed with honey and fresh ginger. 4.8% ABV / 35 IBUs

UNCOMMONLY CITRA LAGER...Pint
A light dry hop of Citra gives a small kitten-like punchof citrus brightening up this “un-common” version of a California common lager. 5.66% ABV / 47 IBUs

IRISH RED…Pint 8
Malt-forward ale that shines with chocolate, deep caramel and biscuit flavors with very little bitterness. 4.95% ABV / 34 IBUs

COLDFIRE PALE ALE…Pint 8
Fruity, aromatic hops without the over-bitterness of big IPAs. 5.8% ABV / 63 IBUs

WET HOP DREAM...Pint 8
Locally harvested fresh hops (also called wet hops) go from bine to kettle the same day. This once-a-year brew is freshly vibrant and full of tropical citrus flavors. 6% ABV / 85 IBUs

You can’t go wrong this big, juicy West Coast IPA dry-hopped with 3 different hop varieties. Sit on our front patio and watch as drivers go the wrong way on “Gus’s Way” (aka San Juan Ave). 7.1% ABV / 90 IBUs

WILD BOY SUMMER DIPA...10 oz 8
Brewed with IPA malt for a beautiful golden color. Double dry hopped with Simcoe, Azaaca and Idaho 7 for a piney aroma like waking up at an alpine camp. 8.3% ABV / 98 IBUs

OVER-THE-INFLUENCER PORTER...Pint 8
A smooth rich porter with malty chocolate and toffee notes. The addition of toasted, unsweetened coconut chips adds a little twist of summer to this silky dark beer. So delicious it’s sure to go viral. 5.8% ABV / 50 IBUs
